Triggering yet another media storm, Blake Lively has filed a legal complaint against her It "Ends with Us" co-star Justin Baldoni. The "Gossip Girl" actress has created a buzz by accusing Baldoni of sexual harassment during filming and organizing a “smear campaign” in the media after the production ended.
The complaint filed with the California Civil Rights Department is considered to be a precursor to a lawsuit. The move from Lively is the culmination of months of speculation after rumors of a rift between Baldoni, who also directed the movie, and the rest of the cast stifled the promotion of the film.
The complaint accuses Baldoni of hiring a crisis publicity firm to engage in a “social manipulation campaign” to tarnish her reputation as the stars were campaigning to promote the film in the summer.
