The conference at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center is marked its 20th anniversary with the theme "power in unity." Highlighting the event, Winfrey encouraged women to focus on trusting their intuition and the intention behind their actions and goals.
“I want to leave you with the idea not to do anything that does not come from yourself,” she said, as per Look To The Stars. She further explained that sometimes it is hard to do in business but women can always find what's the next right thing.

In conversation with the co-host of CBS Mornings and her good friend, Gayle King, Winfrey encouraged women to act in service of things greater than themselves.
